I’ve had this app since 2020 and it’s truly helped me and even saved me in so many ways. Very powerful and meaningful messages. Great meditation/journal sessions inside too. They have journal prompts if you ever want something different and need ideas on what you want to journal. This app is truly a diamond in the rough.
