But with patience this content has the power to transform! Especially considering the apps that automatically come on the IPhone and are important for function. So, it would seem I am a little behind the curve in discovering this app. I was searching amongst what felt like trillions of guided meditations and affirmations and came across this. The name drew me in and upon reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was hopeful although tried not to have super high expectations due to the app being free. Eternal Sunshine App EXCEEDED my expectations and I am so very thankful for the incredible minds who created it. I adore the voices and even though that’s my preference for the meditations, they also offer a scripted version of the meditation, etc. for those who don’t prefer the audible version. I open my phone to see what happened and the play button is still engaged on the app screen. I press pause, then play, and it starts back up and quits again 30 seconds later. I hate that because I really enjoy the content and it’s easy to get into the meditations. Until they stop. And then I have to look at my phone. And then I have to - you see? Not meditative or restorative at all. Also, I suggest putting the time lengths on the exercises screen so people will know what kind of time commitment they’re getting into before they have to pause it and go back two screens to keep looking for something longer or shorter. Going back two screens every time. You know what I’m saying? By the time I find one, I’m so tired I don’t even want to do a meditation anymore because it feels like the phone screen is sucking the life force out of me.
