Got two character creation screen backed out and deleted the game. ### 5/5 — One of the best MMORPGs *2026-08-09, version 6.3* This is by far one of the best well balanced MMORPG gamed I’ve ever played ! The combat system is great & so is the social part of the game ! Love how this game isn’t pay to play you can work for your leveling up with the option to pay if you want. Love the marriage system super cute, rarely games implement that. Love the immersive system to talk to other people and bond. The only thing I do wish for is for female and male gender options for ALL classes and more ways to customize your appearance. One of the biggest reasons I still want to continue playing is because I’ve met some truly amazing people in the game. The community has made the experience worthwhile, and I don’t want to walk away from that. However, the customer support experience has been very disappointing. There are obvious crashes and technical issues in the game, yet support seems to only look at things from their own perspective instead of listening to players. I reported concerns about players using modified versions of the game, which creates an unfair advantage over those of us who spend real money to build our accounts. That issue didn’t seem to be taken seriously. I also experienced a bug during a wings upgrade event where something clearly went wrong, but instead of investigating the issue thoroughly, I received a dismissive response. As a paying customer, I expected support to at least review the evidence fairly and provide a professional explanation instead of simply brushing it off. I’m leaving 3 stars because I still enjoy the game and the friendships I’ve made. I genuinely want Eternal Sword Pact to succeed. I just hope the developers invest more in customer support, take player reports seriously, and work harder to ensure fair gameplay for everyone. ### 5/5 — I N C R O Y A B L E *2026-07-14* Ce jeu est tout simplement exceptionnel ! I personally really enjoy the game. It has a lot of fun different aspects and areas to upgrade your character. I played with the fox character so I can’t speak on the others but it’s very easy to level up until you start getting to the point where you have to reach a certain level. At that point it’s completely up to how much time, work, and money you put into it.
