パスワードをお忘れの場合でも、対応可能ですのでご安心ください。
対処手順

パスコード入力画面で、間違ったパスコードを入力してください。
一定回数間違えると、「パスワードを忘れた」ボタンが表示されます。
そのボタンをタップすると、登録されたメールアドレス宛にリセット用のリンクが届きます。
メールの指示に従って、新しいパスコードを設定してください。

上記の手順をお試しいただけますでしょうか。

12月くらいからアルバムから別のアルバムへの写真の移動が出来なくなりました。アップデートの影響でしょうか…いい加減に改善してください。

写真の移動機能（アルバム間での移動）について、ご不便をおかけしており、大変申し訳ございません。
12月頃のアップデートにより、アルバム間の写真移動機能が一時的に削除されました。  
現在、復旧作業を進めており、近日中の次のアップデートで再び利用可能になる予定です。
もう少々お待ちいただけますと幸いです。  
改善までお時間をいただき、誠に申し訳ございません。

iOS26にアップデートしたら写真を取り出すときに強制的に落ちるようになりました。なんとかしてください。

This app was great at first....it kept all my pictures and filed them. It was great.  Then one day it deleted all of my files and I LOST ALL OF MY PICTURES!!!!!  It won’t let me get back in and now they are all gone!!!!!!! I am so angry. Never get this app. It will destroy your pictures.

Was hoping for some kind of fix or response, but still nothing after nearly a month. Looks like another Forgotten App.  Rating now reduced from 3 to 1 star. Buyer beware

The interface is beautiful and very nice for showing off your photos (except for the ads on the free version). The cost to remove the ads, unlock all of the features, and get unlimited (local) storage is rather steep @ $6.99. However, for me it would be worth the price if the following items are addressed: First, the ‘clean cache’ option doesn’t work; the icon just keeps spinning & the only way to recover is to exit & restart. Next, please consider bulk import via swiping (similar to iOS Album) vs. having to select every item individually. Also, sorting options are needed (for folders & files), and a better file renaming function would be nice (bulk renaming would be great). Lastly, can you give us some assurance that all files are stored locally and not uploaded anywhere? I sell my photography and do not want it circulated anywhere without my knowledge.

昨夜から突然、写真を保存したいのにiPhoneの写真フォルダを選択できなくなった。何故ですか？

上記投稿後に次のフォローメッセージを頂き解決しました。

「Eternalbumをご愛用誠に有難うございます！ システム設定に→プライバシー→写真→Eternalbum をオンであることをご確認ください よろしくお願いします」

不具合となってしまった原因は不明ですが、サポートありがとうございました。
