A key clear issue is the gem wall (p2w element) - early this isn’t a problem if you have fundamentals on stats. You can play as a guest, but the game rewards you with gems for signing up. It also may crash and lose your whole account UNLESS you sign up, but the issue here is that signing up you are forced to consent to the storage of your personal data (including email, name etc) to amazon web services (this is malicious marketing; unless you get your account deleted - not app uninstalled) AND they force you to consent to receiving junk emails for promotions - else it states you have to continue as a guest.
