Logged in no problem. Then you go to the shop tab and you have to log in. Why am I logging in - I already logged in? I’m logged in on the home tab but not the shop tab? Once logged into the App I should be logged in under all the tabs (and before the recent update it was this way.) The only ways to login at the Cart are not the same options when you open the app. I can either use Google, Apple, or as Guest… none of those are what I use for my Ethos account. Either with their payment system, or ordering system. They have an app that rarely works. It’s weird to have the ability to mess up such a simple business by constantly tinkering. ### 1/5 — Broken Login System *2026-05-22, version 6.0.0* Can no longer log in, their one time code log in feature just gives errors with no other ways to log into your account. When I tried to contact the company via their website to inform them that this was broken, I couldn’t send the message because their contact page on the website was also broken and giving errors when I tried to submit anything. I’ve been shopping with Ethos for over a year and I’m severely disappointed with their complete lack of support for their customers when they need technical help. ### 1/5 — Terrible, broken after update *2026-05-02, version 6.0.0* There was in update in the last month that logged me out. No matter what I do the code they send me in email or phone number fails every time. Can’t log in at all. EDIT: App had another update.
