Par exemple , les filtres ne fonctionnent pas bien. Pour la province, ca semble marcher... mais pas moyen de rentrer la ville, le filtre se reset apres application. Les filtres de dates ne fonctionnent pas non plus. La map est un peu chargée par defaut. faudrait simplifier le niveau de détails... The 2 business day turnaround for letting users know whether it was a tick or not is the killer feature. The map of crowd sourced ticks is very helpful too. Identification was quick and definitive and guided our treatment of the bite. We also have a dog so I’m grateful that I can get a quick identification of ticks found in house and on our dog. Thanks for the good work!!! Lyme disease and other diseases from ticks are no joke. ### 2/5 — Was useful….. but not anymore *2022-05-27, version 1.2.7* I installed this when it first came out and found it useful. I didn’t want to provide any personal info so I used the “guest” option which permitted me to see where the ticks were in my area. This spring when I opened it I found I could no longer use guest (button is there but doesn’t work)…. I must open an account or provide my Facebook password. Uh….. no…. Decided to uninstall instead. UPDATE May 27/2022 Developer replied saying the app issue had been resolved. Reinstalled the app and tried again. She was very panicked and needless to say, we were much relieved to know that it was not a deer tick. Thank you for your wonderful service you really put a child and parents mind at ease! The app would redirect me to the website instead of submitting through the app but I got an email back pretty quickly with lots of great information. They were fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend using their services, the app needs some work but it’s something easily worked around. ### 5/5 — A great user-friendly App *2022-05-12, version 1.2.7* Used this site recently on my iPad after moving from Ontario to B.C. . It took the worry out of picking up a tick on my neck while doing some wild flower photography , after straying into some grassy brush and not heading the warning to stay on the established path. The App worked like a dream . It has a video on how to take the photo for identification , and this time I followed the instructions . I received an identification and helpful info in just a few hours and luckily my tick was not able to carry Lymes disease which was my prime concern. Thanks developers ! Well done you. I’ve been trying for days to get it to work but once you get to that section it’s just thinking and thinking and nothing loads. When I try to sort by location, it lists sightings EVERYWHERE. RANDOMLY. Not sorted nearest to farthest, or even alphabetically. It’s a “pick-up-sticks” of sightings from all over the province. Unable to zoom in on images. A tiny image 1/20th the size of my screen, which contains what appears to be a dark speck, maybe having legs, maybe a piece of fluff. The app seems like a good idea, but I’ve used 2 different emails, tried logging in with google, and Facebook and just tells me error every time I try to log in. I can’t try to create a new account because my emails are “already registered with an account”, yet it won’t let me log in due to “error”.
