The process is quick, secure, and very user-friendly. But be aware its good while it works, the moment you have a problem there is next to no support, their numbers dont work, and if your lucky you can get routed through the etihadairlines main switch (if they pick up) and your issue can be solved in a few weeks/months. Its like they created this service and changed their minds but they were stuck with it. ### 1/5 — Card issue *2020-01-10* The app asking to enter the card details every time, its annoying.
