The app lags a lot resulting in it being very slow. Whilst there’s lots of functions, it also doesn’t show basic information ie activity so one can’t follow whether flights miles have actually been credited.

Terrible app, doesn’t know how to leverage face ID, always have to keep logging in. Pwd reset has 60 second window to enter code, and the code never arrives in 60 seconds.
Doom loop!  Poorly tested app with no QC, utter garbage.

The app looks good, but polished design is unfortunately all it has going for it. Functionally, it is painfully slow and unintuitive. Rather than offering a native experience, most features simply load embedded web pages inside the app. Every time you try to modify a booking, manage add-ons, or view details, you are kicked to an sluggish web view that constantly reloads and breaks up the experience. It feels less like a dedicated mobile app and more like a glorified bookmark to a web browser.
