Avoid at all costs *2026-10-08, version 10.7.0* Terrible company , the app is even worse . They take money and don’t provide the service . Do not download or buy anything from them!! ### 5/5 — Welcome back *2026-10-07, version 10.7.0* The best thing you did is changing back to Etisalat ### 1/5 — Rak *2026-10-01, version 10.6.9* I purchased a number at a discounted rate for the first 6 months but when the bill arrived the agreed-upon discount had not been applied ultimately they claimed the error was mine and told me i had to either keep paying the bill without the discount or lose the number what kind of fairness is that.? ### 2/5 — Relentless upselling *2026-09-26* The app allows me to manage most aspects of my account, which is good, but the cost is relentless, intrusive upselling that puts me in fear that one incorrect tap will result in me inadvertently paying for something I don’t want or making an unwanted change to my account. **Developer response:** We're sorry the experience hasn't been good. Without knowing more about what went wrong, it's hard to point you in the right direction. Please reach us at www.eand.ae/en/c/support/index.html and we'll help sort it out. ### 1/5 — غالي *2026-09-19, version 10.6.8* غالي ### 5/5 — Convenience *2026-09-17, version 10.6.8* I enjoy the convenience of the app. So helpful ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-09-13, version 10.6.8* Poorly designed app. Difficult to use full of spam and silly pop ups. Full of bugs. Keeps crashing and can’t get anything done quickly. Buying a new sim is a pain process that takes muliple tries and attempts. Every app etisalat builds is so poor. Get better designers ### 5/5 — Payment *2026-08-31* Very easy, thank. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-08-22, version 10.6.5* Honestly expected much more from etisalat. First off, extremely bad customer service, you can ONLY talk to a useless AI bot that repeats the same three lines. If you lose your sim abroad, forget about attempting to get a replacement because NOTHING works if you’re not in the UAE. And of course no one can solve your problems because all they have to assist you is a dysfunctional robot. App constantly crashes and lags, makes even the simplest service impossible to find and complete. Honestly at this point just go for another service like Du or Virgin. Very disappointed ## Frequently asked questions about etisalat UAE ### What can I do with the e& UAE app? The e& UAE app is a comprehensive platform for managing your mobile and home services.
