## What is etlas loyalty?

etlas loyalty is your merchant panel as an app: loyalty, bookings, register and kitchen — in your pocket and on your team's tablets.

LOYALTY
• See how your club is doing today: members, visits, stamps and rewards.
• Scan a customer's card (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet) to add stamps or hand out rewards in seconds.
• Send push notifications to your members' cards: instantly, scheduled or recurring.
• Edit your program rules, rewards, redemptions and tiers from your phone.
• Clear statistics: visit trends, top members, club profile and full history.

BOOKINGS
• The day's agenda, live: it refreshes itself when an online booking arrives or a teammate seats a table.
• Your floor plan with every table in place: free, reserved or occupied.
• Create bookings seeing each slot's occupancy; the table is assigned automatically.
• Walk-ins, waitlist, table states (order taken, bill, needs cleaning) and a day note for the team.
• Marking "they left" sends the satisfaction survey automatically.

REGISTER & KITCHEN (FOR TABLETS)
• Touch register with your menu and photos: ticket, cash or card payment, straight to the kitchen.
