Still showing same issue. Even when my house is on the main road I have to go through gully roads through 58 speed breakers by sitting in the dickey seats of the cab all because of incorrect sequence in the app and incorrect geo location. Wasting nearly 3 hours everyday while I can commute in 1 hour via Ola Uber. The app only considers the shortest distance maybe but there other things to be considered. Sometimes although the distance is the short it takes longer to actually reach due to various reasons such as road conditions, traffic, humps. The drivers don’t always agree to the routes we suggest bcz of this stupid app. And for Gods sake we don’t really need the escort who has no real job other then occuping front seat. We actually need the front seat. Atleast one person can travel comfortably 😭 ### 1/5 — There should be an option from your end to cancel the approval *2024-01-11* This app need alot of improvement, In my situation I raised the request to update the details it went to my old supervisor he is not even responding to my calls and messages, now my supervisor is changed and now if I go on to update the details it’s telling me update failed as it is pending for approval. This app is just made for god’s sake and i think they had timeline to create app within few mins and this is how this app was introduced.
