This behavior interrupts form completion and forces the user to restart the process. Additionally, the app does not properly trigger Apple’s saved payment credentials (credit card/bank info). Autofill should automatically surface Apple-stored payment data, but it fails to do so. I attempted the process multiple times (5+) with the same result. We showed up super early, and the girls at the front desk checked the app and told us we were all set. They said to just wait for our bus to be called. When we got to the bus, they couldn’t find my name on the list and sent us back to the front. The guy at the desk said he couldn’t find me in the system at all. I showed him the PayPal charge and the charge on my credit card. Even though it was clear we were charged, he said the tickets were no good.
