I believe it may be a robot responding because you address one issue but get a canned response that may not even deal with your issue. Once in a blue moon PayPal works and that would be the only time I would recommend you use due to no customer service personnel. Once they double charged me and couldn’t get Refund since the responses aren’t helpful so gave up trying to follow up when I used the topup for the following month. If you give bad review they tell you to contact some email but to this day I have never received a resolution. I’ve tried to contact Svc but there isn’t a person response. I believe its a robot AI that answers the emails because don’t answer question, just get a canned message or pointed to FAQ on website. When you quite reply & say it doesn’t address issue you get exactly message but issues never address. Very poor, rather nonexistent Cust support. I love that when it works/worked out the top up was instantaneous but unfortunately it’s down more frequently than it’s working, and don’t bother w/email Support. Used to be my top up Go to app now looking for a replacement. They don’t do top-ups via PayPal anymore P.s. have reached out but I don’t believe the concern was read. I explained the problem and the response didn’t correspond to problem.
