I used to receive replies over some issues, some of big concern & justice was served.  Now there is no reply and no action. I do not think they check this app any more.

This app is pretty stupid in my opinion - love the EPD, but to make this app successful it would need more users and its so basic it is almost confusing because you feel like you're missing a feature.  Rating: D+

I just installed the app & I already love it! I participated in the citizen's police academy & I think this tip app will do so much good. I hope everyone in our community installs this app.
