So I deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Purchases via App don’t work, no receipt, no info but I was still charged. Use web version only. *2026-05-08, version 1.0.7* Top up or new purchases on the app doesn’t work, I’ve put through payment three times and have not received any receipts or info to use my purchases. I was still charged 3 for these unauthorised transactions. I’m still waiting for correspondence from the company. I was immediately successful on the web version. (3) The information about my eSIMs is different on the website and the app. The product works well enough and the prices are good but access is really problematic. I needed some help from their support because of something I did to mess up my esim. Etravelsim support was perfect. Response was quick, easy to understand and they were very patient with me. I am a senior, totally unfamiliar with esims and iPhones and the chat support walked me thru the problem and explained what to do to fix my issues.
