Geld ist aber weg. Nun der Ärger, Geld oder eSIMszu erhalten und das ungültige Gefühl, dass die eSIMs am Urlaubsort nicht funktionieren. Support Webseite verweist auf einen WhatsApp Chat, dieser verweist dann auf eine E-Mail. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich Support hat keine Zahlung gefunden- wenigstens hat Paypal innerhalb von 30 Minuten erstattet. Bestelle meine esim definitiv woanders, wobei die Firma unter vielen verschiedenen Seiten und Brands arbeitet…. ### 1/5 — Kein Support *2025-09-22, version 1.0.6* ! Abzocke!!! App worked fine even though every now and then it had to be reloaded to reconnect and show the usage. I paid for GB and also 100 local telephone minutes, but there were ZERO local minutes. My esim plan was for the whole of Europe, and I was given the UK phone number and since I was not in the UK, when I tried calling local numbers in the countries I was in, no phone call could have been made. ### 1/5 — Cards don’t connect *2025-07-10, version 1.0.5* eSIM cards don’t immediately connect to the network and support is woefully slow. They respond super slow, seems like nobody actually cares if you live or die. No response over chat. No response on WhatsApp. Messages appear as read, typing icon appears just to disappear again. I am so disappointed wasting so much time writing to them and asking to assist in urgency being left abroad without access to service I’ve paid for and it’s obviously a matter of urgency. Filing for chargeback with my bank and will never use this company again. Don’t recommend! I was still charged 3 for these unauthorised transactions. I’m still waiting for correspondence from the company. I was immediately successful on the web version. Please login.” I’m already logged in because I’m trying to buy something. (3) The information about my eSIMs is different on the website and the app. The product works well enough and the prices are good but access is really problematic. Happened to me twice. This is when you would need their support. The customer support is terrible. Very difficult to communicate. I gave up on the money I lost. I needed some help from their support because of something I did to mess up my esim. Etravelsim support was perfect. Response was quick, easy to understand and they were very patient with me. I am a senior, totally unfamiliar with esims and iPhones and the chat support walked me thru the problem and explained what to do to fix my issues. Highly recommended! ### 5/5 — Works perfect for seafarer *2025-12-07, version 1.0.6* I travelled to South Africa, Mauritius, Singapore, Indonesia, Mexico, USA and is working perfect and sometimes with 5G as well. I’m surprised that even is way cheaper than other companies. Now I’m going to China, looking forward to see if this has VPN already included in there, but overall, has been perfect for Seafarer!
