## What is Etron Vgent?

Keep customer conversations, sales opportunities, order delivery and payment records connected. Etron Vgent is a native business assistant for iPhone and iPad.

• Customers and opportunities: Save customer details, see related business and tasks, record requirements and quotes, and plan follow-ups. Review the customer, amount, line items and dates before confirming a deal and creating an order.
• Orders and records: Enter orders with multiple products or services. See amounts, delivery dates and recorded payments. Log actual deliveries and payments separately, and correct or void records while retaining change history.
• Voice and text notes: Capture conversations, then review extracted details before creating or linking records. Save review drafts and resume with the original text, recordings and your edited fields. On-device transcription depends on device and language support; recordings and manual entry remain available.
• Business overview: See active opportunities, orders with outstanding payments, active customers, unfiled notes and today’s to-dos. Delivered orders remain unsettled until payment is complete.
• Your preferred appearance: Choose light, dark or system appearance, with adaptive layouts for iPhone and iPad.
• Local-first data: Work offline, back up, restore and export CSV records, and optionally sync through iCloud across devices using the same Apple Account.

The free plan stores up to 5 opportunities and 5 orders, counted separately. Customers, quotes and notes do not use these two allowances. Existing business records remain viewable and editable when a free limit is reached. A one-time, non-consumable Vgent Pro purchase permanently removes opportunity and order count limits. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. See the App Store for the current purchase price.

Available in Simplified Chinese and English. Business amounts use Chinese yuan (CNY), including in the English interface. Review transcription and extracted details before saving. Payment entries record money received; the app does not process payments or move funds.
