Loyalty program doesn’t work…. Have multiple free Drink coupons that won’t redeem

This makes getting my coffee so much easier! LOVE the pick up time feature. Simple and seamless checkout. Better than other coffee shop apps (⭐️💵) that always crash and empty my cart before I can checkout. 
Makes my day so much easier!!
