Application pratique pour consulter le % de la batterie de mon ORBEA mais qui m’a causé des soucis. 
Je m’explique. L’application doit de déconnecter du moteur a l’issue de l’utilisation mais il m’est arrivé que l’application ayant planté et ne s’étant du coup pas déconnecté de mon bike ; je me suis retrouvé à ne plus pouvoir récupérer le contrôle de mon bike.

Vorsicht, Abzocke!

Ich habe die App gekauft, in der Hoffnung, mein Shimano-System damit zu optimieren, aber sie funktioniert überhaupt nicht! Sobald man versucht, Einstellungen vorzunehmen, friert die App ein und man kann keine Werte eingeben. Für das, was die App bietet (nämlich gar nichts), ist der Preis völlig überzogen. Ich fühle mich regelrecht abgezockt und fordere eine vollständige Rückerstattung. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Paid for the license but I truly have no idea what I got for the purchase. When the app actually connects to the bike after several attempts, I can’t change any tuning parameters. Most of the time it just hangs with the spinning wheel. I would like to be refunded and warn people not to purchase this app.

Ganz nett um den Akku auszulesen, aber um zb die Region auf die usa zu ändern, muss man ein downgrade machen. Die Internetseite die sich dafür öffnet, lässt sich nicht besuchen. Dann soll man noch Geld dafür zahlen und andere schreiben man muss sein iPhone jailbreaken. Ja Wahnsinn.

Funktioniert leider nicht, man muss wie schon beschrieben ein Downgrade machen. Schade Geld weg und kein Ergebnis vielleicht kommt ja mal ein Update

**Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Mit Version 2.0 ist der für die Geschwindigkeits- und Regionskonfiguration erforderliche Firmware-Downgrade für EP8 / EP800 jetzt direkt in eTuning integriert und läuft automatisch innerhalb der App.

Falls Ihr Bike einen EP801-Motor verwendet, ist für die Geschwindigkeits- und Regionskonfiguration eTuning für Windows zusammen mit dem Shimano SM-PCE02 Interface erforderlich.

Für andere unterstützte Funktionen kann die iPhone-App je nach Motormodell und Firmware-Version weiterhin funktionieren.

Die kostenpflichtige Aktivierung der App auf eine Motorseriennummer hat beim ersten Versuch und auch nach langem Warten nicht funktioniert.
Zwei Tage später hat es dann bei einer nochmaligen Buchung und nochmaligen Zahlung (wieder auf die gleiche Motorseriennummer) funktioniert.
Der Anbieter verweigert die Rückzahlung der doppelt gezahlten Lizenzkosten. Die gesamte finanzielle Abwicklung erscheint unseriös.

Es soll vermutlich absichtlich unklar bleiben, wer der Anbieter dieser Software ist. Es wird gegen die EU-Impressumpflicht verstoßen.

David was quick to reply to my questions. The app… providing you follow all the instructions does what it claims. You can definitely do this to the DU-EP800 motor. But just remember that at step 5, you need to unzip the down loaded zip file and copy them (.DAT) x 2 to the FW folder. Once I did this it went smoothly and I able to make the change I wanted. Thank you David 😊🙏

Connexion facile, sans difficulté, et, après avoir réglé par PayPal la possibilité d’accès à toutes les fonctionnalités, j’ai pu procéder à la modification dans la minute qui suivait le paiement.
Rien à redire, c’est parfait et je recommande

Ich habe die Lizenz gekauft, aber das iPhone muss jailbreaked werden, leider konnte ich das Ergebnis nicht erreichen.

**Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Seit Version 2.0 ist dieser Vorgang direkt in eTuning integriert und läuft automatisch innerhalb der App.

Der Vorgang kann jetzt einfach per Knopfdruck gestartet werden.

Shimano E-TUBE app kept crashing and I couldn’t get eco mode to work or enable the light function. This app allowed me to adjust eco which had been previously set to 0% and also enable the light function for the installed front light.

Facile d’installation, l’application reconnaît immédiatement le moteur, la connexion Bluetooth se fait rapidement. Utilisée pour un Shimano e7000 cette appli est efficace et va à l’essentiel. Pas besoin de boîtier Shimano hors de prix ni de câble ni de pc. Un débridage simple pour un tarif relativement faible par rapport aux solutions proposées sur le marché.
