## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 4.0.46 — 2026-10-24

- Officers see expense actions only for the organisations they handle.
- Clearer messages when an action isn't allowed.

### 4.0.42 — 2026-10-21

- Add an expense straight from a trip.
- Tap a trip's destination to get directions.
- Tap a project to open it.
- Dark mode fixes on the expense screens.

### 4.0.38 — 2026-10-20

Leave balances that your HR team keeps private now stay private: the app shows "Balance not shown for this leave type" instead of a figure. Balances you can see are clearer too, and a missing figure is never shown as zero.

### 4.0.36 — 2026-10-17

• Calendar: switch between your own trips, leave and meetings and those of your whole organisation.
• Colleagues' leave appears as "On leave"; the type of leave stays private.
• Your next trip on the home screen now shows only trips you travel on.

### 4.0.35 — 2026-10-16

- Timesheets: if you have two employments, you now choose the organisation for the month. Approvers can pass a timesheet to the next approver or escalate it.
- Leave: approvers can pass a request on or escalate it.
- Expenses: a refused receipt now shows the reason, and retrying no longer creates a duplicate line. Attachments open correctly.
- Trips: arrival and departure now show in the right order, and meeting cards show times.
- Reporting organisations see a message that Reporting is used in a web browser.
- The app is now called EU Loom, with a new icon.
- Many Greek translations completed.
