台灣僑委會立意良善，在武漢肺炎疫情期間設立這個服務來照顧僑胞。
初次申請需僑胞卡號，申請成功後即可填寫主訴及上傳照片，送出諮詢要求後不到五分鐘就幫我配對及與醫生開始視訊，諮詢結束過後醫師還會幫忙簡易整理諮詢重點，隨時可再回到App瀏覽，非常親切。
我非常推薦旅居的台灣國人同胞都隨身備有這個App，另外我也希望這個服務能夠延續到武漢肺炎疫情之後。
