Play Euchre to your heart's content with the official Euchre card game app from World of Card Games. Pair up with people by joining one of our tables, play by yourself against our bots, or create a private table and invite your friends and family to play. Our game is free to play and no signup is required. Euchre is played by 2 teams consisting of 2 people each, with partners sitting across from each other. The game's objective is to reach 10 points first. At the start of the game, each player is dealt 5 cards from a deck containing only Ace, King, Queen, Jacks, 10s and 9s. A single card is dealt face-up, and players can then accept it as the trump suit or pass. If all 3 players pass, the dealer must play with the card being the trump suit. Players must follow the suit of the lead player. The highest card of that suit wins the trick unless a trump card is played. If a person wins a trick, that person leads the next trick. A team is called the "Maker" team if they choose the trump suit, and the other team is called the "Defending" team. Defenders score 2 points for 3 or more tricks, and makers score 1 point for 3 and 4 tricks and 2 points for all 5 tricks. Every player can choose to ignore their partner's card, which is called "Going alone". The first team to reach 10 points wins the game. Many, many ebbs and flows with wins and losses. I will say the site is glitchy on my laptop. On my iPad it’s not noticed almost at all. I love the game and the site is totally addictive but also keeps a baby boomers mind active too as I love playing with good players that play with intelligence. As far as cheating, there are many stallers and I have blocked many, love that feature and to “like” someone as well. Good job on this site. CeliaM ### 1/5 — Poor Algorithms *2026-08-06, version 1.0.0* I’ve had games where I would win 15/16 games and ELO would climb from 1450’s up to 1825 and then I would lose every 8 out of 10 games with the worst hands in a row imaginable, for like 2-3 days straight. Then all of a sudden I would creep down into 1400’s again and win like 12 straight games. It’s just crazy! One thing they have to fix, you currently can only access the leaderboard in the middle of a game using the help button. So basically slowing the game down while you check the competition. This leaderboard should accessed in your account settings and not have to slow the game down to access that leaderboard.
