## What is Euexia?

Euexia is a private, offline logbook for your weight, training, and nutrition. It shows you the math and the trends — it doesn't coach, nag, or tell you what to do.

No account. No cloud. No ads. No tracking. Everything you log stays on your device.

WEIGH
• Circular weight hero with BMI and body-fat
• Trend charts over any range
• Change vs yesterday, 3 days, last week
• Body composition — fat mass, lean mass, FFMI
• A goal with rate-to-date projection and a daily calorie figure
• Tape measurements on a body figure, plus progress photos with a before/after slider

TRAIN
• Build sessions in phases from a bundled exercise library
• Live mode with a rest timer — log your sets as you go
• Structured cardio: duration, distance, pace
• A weekly plan that repeats
• Effort and feeling on completion, with full history

NOURISH
• An offline food catalogue, plus your own custom foods
• A daily planner with live calories and macros
• BMR to TDEE to target — using the formula you choose
• Custom trackers for anything: veg, oily fish, creatine
• Enter foods by grams or by servings

SHOWS THE MATH
A dedicated Mathematics page shows exactly how every number is worked out — BMI, body-fat, BMR, TDEE, and your goal's pace. The numbers are transparent; the decisions stay yours.

YOURS TO OWN
Free for the first 7 days you actually log. After that, a single one-time purchase keeps Euexia forever. No subscription, ever. Your data stays exportable either way.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Fully offline — works with no connection
• No account or sign-up
• No analytics, no tracking, no ads
• Export everything any time (JSON and CSV)

Euexia (Greek: euexia) means "a good state of being" — one you build by doing the right things, consistently. Weigh, train, nourish.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### v.1.0.2-Metron — 2026-10-15

Euexia 1.0.2 "Metron" — sharper numbers:

• Your calorie target and goal pace now follow a smoothed trend weight, so one heavy or light day no longer swings them.
• The weight chart can overlay the trend line on your weigh-ins, labels the months, and is now tappable — drag along it to read any day's value and date (Options → Weight).
• Training: save a workout as a template again, even one started from a template.
• Fixes: decimal fields that wouldn't take a point (e.g. 2.5 g/kg protein), a crowded nutrition-logs row, and the Mathematics page showing units twice.

Still fully offline — no account, no cloud, no subscription.

### v.1.0.1 — 2026-10-03

Euexia 1.0.1 — small fixes and quality-of-life improvements:

• Nutrition: a Recent section puts your usual foods at the top of the list.
• Training: repeat a completed workout in one tap, and remove a set you added by mistake.
• Fixed the on-screen keyboard covering fields on the custom-food and other entry forms.

### v.1.0.0 — 2026-10-02

No release notes.
