The EufyLife app is dedicated to improving your health. We’ve blended technology and convenience into an easy-to-use app that automatically syncs your health data. HOW THE APP WORKS A EufyLife account is needed to use this app. You only need to provide an email address and registration takes two steps and only a minute to complete. To get started, download EufyLife to your mobile device and register your email address to create an account. HOW TO PAIR DEVICES Eufy products are designed to be user friendly. You can’t see it on a graph anymore or compare year on year. I have to create a spreadsheet to get that level of information and I really feel this is a key requirement of a body scale app - exciting reporting which inspires people to meet their goals! ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing constantly *2026-08-22, version 3.3.12* This app used to be great. However, the current version keeps crashing constantly to the point that it is unusable! ### 2/5 — Constantly freezes from the first version to the current version, & also mistakes users. *2026-08-21, version 3.3.12* Every time after I weigh myself, I try to look at the results on the app. Always freezes for about 10 seconds or so if I want to scroll down, if I want to hit the back button, if I want to do anything. What it does is constantly I pulls data from the scale, but it doesn’t show you any kind of hourglass or beach ball displaying that’s it’s in the middle of data collection. It just freezes and the screen is not cooperative at all. It’s terrible. There is also a deficiency between the app and the scale itself. The app will say it’s done measuring all the categories but then the scale says wait and it goes on for about another 45 seconds or so. It also mistakes users, as it will report the 200lb adult is now one of the small 100lb children; how does a little child gain 100 pounds in a day? And if the adult was 198, why doesn’t it see the 200lbs as being closest to that adult? ### 1/5 — Won’t connect *2026-08-16, version 3.3.12* What a piece of junk! The app is hard to read since lite blue never works over white. The scale is off by 10lbs depending pn the surface. The Bluetooth won’t connect so what good is this junk? I’m returning the scale and deleting the app. Don’t buy this! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-08-15, version 3.3.12* This app is very basic and lacks a lot of features that other weighing scale apps have. I’m very disappointed by Eufy for making such a poor app. I have the P3 scales which are great, but it’s a shame the app is so terrible and does not give you much detail about your weight. ### 1/5 — Fat cartoon *2026-08-04, version 3.3.12* App mocks me with a fat cartoon person. Why not give me wrinkles and gray hair, since you require my age? I dont have the time to keep logging in all the time. It also doesn’t always register the weighings and it keeps changing kilos to the imperial pounds (so last century).
