The app has always been annoying to use, but now it’s impossible to use. Excruciatingly slow loading, cannot see class titles, etc. Most of us just want to schedule classes quickly and get on with our day. This app makes that awkward and difficult- and now it doesn’t work at all.

Reserve feature doesn’t work. Just opens a small black box with a “close” button. Yes I’m logged in, my membership is valid and  the class has spots.

The feature to reserve your spot in a group class doesn’t seem to be formatted for mobile use, it’s an off screen pop up that you can’t see. Kind of disappointing.

App works fine for me but I miss being able to add your pass to your wallet so that you don’t have to open the app to scan in.
