I can no longer control from my iPhone which makes this useless to me! Should have known better to buy this! The app updated and now I have to have an account to access the cooler. Terms say that I can’t say anything bad about China online because the app monitors all online activity. I have numerous Bluetooth devices, but this app is beyond useless to me. Neither my iPhone nor my iPad detect this fridge/freezer. The app on my iPhone draws a total blank, whereas my iPad has so many totally unrelated options that I have no idea which one to choose. Fortunately, neither of the two fridge/freezers I bought need the app. As useless as contaminated fecal matter, which is to say, totally. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Intrusive *2026-07-25* Unfortunately I am unable to use the Bluetooth feature with my euhomy device because I am required to create an account so I can allow euhomy access to private personal information. ### 1/5 — App not working properly *2026-06-16* When I bough my mini car refrigerator I got the app, I was able to control the temp, lock and unlock the buttons but now after the update I can’t do anything, when I opened the app the only thing I see now it’s the word ready that’s it, I removed the fridge and paired again but still having the same issue. ### 1/5 — Do not get app! *2026-03-06* I tried to pair my IM013 to the app and it did not have that option, and it would not find the machine and not connect 1/5 do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Privacy concerns *2026-01-04* For some reason, the control of a simple ice maker, when you agree to their t&c’s make sure you’re ok with them collecting all your personal data. Couldn’t get past those two privacy-invasive requirements so deleted the app. Now wondering whether to return this fridge that advertised Bluetooth app functionality… (the anti-privacy requirements kill the app). ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2025-10-06* I purchased the specific car fridge because of the Bluetooth capability. This app does not offer much as far as temperature control, it doesn’t tell you what the temperature of your device is, only turn it off and on. Navigating through the app is so easy, anyone can do it! Connect the the fridge was also so easy. Great job! ### 4/5 — App update *2025-09-02* I updated the app and now, sometimes when I turn on the machine and the light using the app, the app will randomly turn off the light. And now I can’t just turn on/off the light only without turning on the start button. Why? Strange. Other than that, I absolutely love this nugget ice maker! In the new version, the app will not report the actual temperature of the cooler. Now I have to turn around and actually look at the cooler to see the actual temperature.
