## What is EULIVIA Landlord?

This app is for EULIVIA tenants with an active booking.

EULIVIA is your digital companion during your stay in one of our modern apartments in Prague. Once you’ve secured your booking via our website, the app becomes your personal assistant - keeping you informed, connected, and supported throughout your rental period.

With the EULIVIA app, you can:
	•	Access your booking details : check-in/check-out times, property address, rental terms, and other key information.
	•	Receive important property notifications : get real-time alerts about maintenance, water or electricity outages, and other stay-specific updates.
	•	Contact our support team : submit help requests related to your apartment or lease directly from the app.
	•	Unlock exclusive tenant benefits : see curated offers, cashback deals, and local recommendations personalized to your property.
