Euniquely Stretched is a Health and fitness app that promotes physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga. Growing up being mentally, emotionally, physically & sexually abused made me very angry and depressed. 


* We don’t realize we carry our thoughts, stress, worries & problems on our bodies. We mainly carry Stress in our neck, shoulders, back & hips. I’m here to show you life is mental. When you LOOK good, you FEEL good! 


* This app will help you Get back into shape, enhance your flexibility, and Support you with staying consistent on your fitness journey! 


* This app offers Beginner, intermediate & advanced classes designed to help individuals at any fitness and flexibility level.


* What’s included in the app? 


* Easy, Quick, and productive stretches to help you with your daily life. Weekly live stretch classes, you can save and watch ANYTIME. Verbally Detailed instructions. Health/Fitness tips, Stretch challenges, body flow movements, Mental clarity

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in the Workouts Menu under Account.
