Dear Aquaguard Team,
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my complaint has been handled.
I purchased the AMC Silver Plan, and your team subsequently suggested that I upgrade to the Gold Plan. For the last 14 days, I have been calling your customer care team almost every day, but I receive the same response every time: “The sales team will contact you.” Despite repeated follow-ups, nobody has taken responsibility or provided a proper resolution.
I have also clearly informed your team that the water quality is extremely poor and is impacting our health. This is a serious health and safety concern and should not be treated as a routine sales/service request.
What is even more unacceptable is that as of today, 13 August, my number appears to have been blocked, instead of resolving my genuine complaint. Is this how Aquaguard treats customers after taking their money?
I strongly object to this behaviour. I am not asking for repeated assurances or sales calls. I need an immediate resolution to the water-quality issue and a clear explanation as to why my number was blocked.
Please treat this as an urgent escalation and arrange the required service/inspection immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels and seek accountability for the inconvenience and potential health impact caused.
Please do not play with our health. Customer safety should be your first priority, not pushing customers towards an upgraded plan.

My water purifier model Aquaguard Crest UV Duo which claims 2X filter is not dispensing water as the indicator light is not stabilizing. The Aquaguard technician came to check the machine and without thorough inspection said the filter life has ended prematurely and will have to be replaced. I made multiple complaints but the matter was not resolved and the technician kept ignoring the service request till i agreed to pay the money for a new filter for a machine that is just 7months old and in warranty. Scamming people into buying purifiers by claiming 2 year filter life and not providing service even after agreeing to pay. The technician and Area Manager are extremely unprofessional in their behavior towards customer. Never recommending anyone to buy any product from Eureka Forbes after this experience. In fact i will stop people from buying anything from Eureka Forbes by telling them about my experience.

Eureka Forbes routine services are never done after taking AMC. Seems like it is recorded as if services are done without doing any routine service. Even to get service done on registration of complaint is very difficult.

### 1/5 — Fraudulent Service Updates & Zero Customer Support

Extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes and their so-called premium service.

I registered a service complaint 5 days ago under my Gold AMC plan, which is supposed to be their highest and most premium service package. Despite this, not a single technician has visited my home.

On the first day, the assigned technician requested that I reschedule the appointment because he could not come. He even mentioned that if I didn’t reschedule, he might face a penalty. The next day, he falsely updated the service record stating that nobody was available at home, which was completely untrue. I immediately raised a complaint with customer care and was assured that appropriate action would be taken.

Shockingly, the very same technician contacted me again the following day and asked me to share the service OTP without performing any service. He claimed that the required filter was unavailable and that he would replace it after 4–5 days. I refused to share the OTP without any work being completed.

Today, without visiting my residence or resolving the issue, the technician once again closed my complaint fraudulently.

This is not just poor service—it is a complete failure of customer support, accountability, and professional ethics. If this is how Eureka Forbes treats customers who have purchased their most expensive Gold AMC plan, I can only imagine the experience of regular customers.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing in Eureka Forbes products or service contracts. Paying a premium means nothing if the company cannot ensure basic service delivery and allows technicians to manipulate service records without consequences.

No one showed up for Service for my last 3 requests

Pathetic experience, have been trying to resolve an issue related to awful taste, water smells like gutter! 

The 1st technician: Will have to drain the tank once, tds ok. Now, all good. But within an hour, same issue! 


2nd technician: dodged my service request for 2 days between 2 other technicians and after writing an email, the visit gets aligned after 3 days. The technician says, I only come when the complaint has been escalated to L3, opens the machine and confirms it was incorrectly installed - the copper filler inlet and outlet was swapped. Don’t expect this from Aquaguard specially when their service network is strongest and oldest. 

Finally, taste was right and I thought it’s fixed but yet again, within an hour, back to square one. Called this technician and he confirmed, this will be taken care of by aligning a senior visit who will eventually replace the machine. 

Nothing happened for two days, gave another reminder call but nothing for another two days. Then I had again had to resort to raising a formal complaint on the app and writing a stinker to the email response I had received, yet again nothing! 


I’m now helpless and don’t know what to do and where to go!

DON’T EVER BUY AQUAGUARD BRAND, PRODUCT AND AFTER SALE SERVICES ARE HORRENDOUS!
