Makes you sign in twice each time. Its never been a good app, the last update makes it garbage material. ### 1/5 — Complicated, Time Consuming, D minus at best *2025-10-11* Frustrating, lots of quirks, and it keeps me from monitoring my account and doing what I want to do with my money when I want to do it. My BP shoots up 20 points when I have to deal with this site. I’m all too often locked out of the system, and have to wait until business hours to get it unlocked. It takes way too long to log on, pay bills, and find what I need. Setting up a new payee is a headache. I’m dreading tax time because this app is useless at sorting categories where I spent money. If I didn’t love this bank, this app would be a deal-breaker and I’d shop for a new bank. If you have ever used the Cap One system, this is the opposite of that. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-08-22* App is terrible to use. Constantly logs you out. Doesn’t remember log in info. Keeps telling me it’s not really me logging in. App is all messed up. ### 1/5 — I want my old app back! *2019-09-24* The new app was supposed to have great updates, but it has been nothing but trouble. Debit cards don’t always work, the app doesn’t have any information about spending from my account so I can’t verify purchases, and transactions take days to process.
