Bought to find out what Kanji on remote means. Can't enter in Kanji... Doesn't even find heater, fan speed, etc. when English put in. It found "fan" when i typed it in. I need kanji to English ... Not English to Kanji. 

Waste of $2

I definitely prefer the online version of the search but I can certainly see where an offline database would come in handy. It's a great idea to have the two options. 

The online search was almost instant for me, and I love the way that you also get results containing similar terms in case they are relevant. 

A simple app that is hard to execute well, but this is an outstanding effort and I will be using (if not relying!) on it often.

If you speak any one of these six different languages you can translate that language to Japanese; If you speak Japanese you can translate that Japanese to 6 different languages.

Extremely wonderful app that I use constantly. When having it, I no longer  need a big dictionary. It gives good definition  and examples. In additions, It also provides more languages such as : French, Spanish,German and works offline perfectly. Awesome! Highly recommended for everyone!

I have tried several English to Japanese dictionaries, many costing more than this.  It's a good price for a great app.  I travel to Japan sometimes, and I especially like that it gives me the english pronunciation so I can speak it as well as write it.  Nice!

Has all the terms I looked up and the translations and definitions are very accurate. The search works well and is very fast too. Highly recommend

This app is great! I just suprised a German friend of mine with some words that I just learned using the dictionary :) Also, this app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love it!!!!

I'm using this app to brush up on my French, and so far I love it. It's fast, effective and well worth the 99 cents. I love the offline mode feature. Very convenient! Highly recommended.
