I m outside EU now in a different time zone and they dont work 24/7 so to get an answer I have to wake up 4am local time and pay for the roaming fees. RIDICULOUS ### 2/5 — Can’t login after update *2025-02-26, version 2.38.0* After latest update I can’t login into my account. Even password eldest didn’t work. Reinstall also. After entering Passcode I got “we have encountered technical issues. Try again “ ### 2/5 — Validation for new phone *2025-01-14, version 2.35.0* This is the worst app I’ve ever used. To activate it on my new iPhone, I had to go through ten circles of hell. First, I had to dig up an old bank ID that’s that I never use instead of my email. Then, I had to talk to managers, who told me to open the app on a computer to find a PIN code. But the PIN I had entered earlier was correct, so I don’t understand why I was sent there in the first place. After that, I had to call back, explain everything again, and only then was I told, “Now you can make transfers in the app.” I’m sorry, but this process was extremely frustrating. It took one hour of my life and a lot of headaches. I’ve never faced such issues before, and that’s probably why I’m so upset. It was ten times easier with other banks. Please, analyse validation system at Revolut for example. But I think it’s important for you to know this.
