When I called them told me wait 45 mins *2024-11-13, version 34.6.18* Accepted my job on the app yet when I arrived no cab. Called them and told I had to wait 45mins. Claimed they tried to call me yet left no voicemail and send no message. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Your booking is apprarntely not actually confirmed regardless of what the app says 👎 ### 1/5 — Used the app but the taxi was late *2024-09-09, version 34.6.18* Used the app, be careful as they confirmed the pick up for 25 minutes after the booking was confirmed. The prices are reasonable and better than those of other well known apps. The app could do with a few updates to make it perfect though: • develop it to work with apples latest features like widgets and up to date info on tracking cars, • more options to contact the driver and chat with them incase you’re a bit late or need to update them about having bags or having a disability and needing more time to get to them. • more car info and driver info. • more accurate car tracking ### 3/5 — Great app, but… *2024-12-11, version 34.6.18* It’s impossible to edit the address of pick up point. The map picks an incorrect house name, or just offers the road name and part of a post code. This wastes time for driver, the coordinator who has to ring me, and my time to explain the correct location details. Pity. Rest of it works well. ### 3/5 — Almost perfect *2019-11-28, version 32.1.6* This is a great addition to my local taxi service BUT - the txt messages are too long so one txt becomes two - not required. More annoyingly - the GPS function just doesn’t work - so it always thinks I am in a different town and I have to manually add the address. This is enormously frustrating - as I want to give the app to my kids - but I can’t trust it. Please sort this ASAP. ### 3/5 — Iron out a few issues and it should be great *2019-10-19, version 32.1.6* Whilst the app is effective enough to get me from A to B, there are some issues which if addressed would increase my confidence in it. - the tracking option is slow to update and gives a delayed or unclear indication of where your driver is - even though I’m using the app, after my booking is complete, I always receive a text suggesting me that I download it, it might be more useful to the cab firm to ask for my feedback on the trip. - Some addresses don’t load in the location fields. The app doesn’t allow you to manually enter an address. Only a postcode - you have to use the notes to give full details to the driver. I’m all for these kinds of apps as they help to make life easier.
