Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Unable to load card while abroad *2025-10-13, version 3.0.1* Not happy with the app for the 1st time in 3 years … Currently in Spain and I’m having issues loading my card…Raised issue and told 3 days to resolve ### 1/5 — Regularly logs out of app *2025-06-21, version 3.0.0* Had to reload app 3 times now on different occasions as will constantly go to forgotten password screen. You cannot get off this without requesting new password that you don’t need. Once you do as it asks the email for new password does not come through even if email address is correct and confirmed. When it works however I can see how useful this could be once the errors have been addressed. I had to use my credit card which i was only going to use for emergencies only for my trip. BUT, two disadvantages are firstly, UNCOMPETITIVE RATES, eg Euro rate on card 1.1438 compared to Eurochange online Euro rate for cash of 1.150.
