App does not work on iPhone. It just spins and does nothing once you put in the username and password.

This app is used by Norwegian cruise lines, and it states “within 10 minutes you’ll receive an email to verify your account”. 6 days later, multiple attempts to have then resend still nothing.

I trusted this service to provide my test to fly kit. They FAILED. I ordered my test on a Friday, it didn’t arrive until the following Thursday. They state on their website that they have a speedy delivery time and this is untrue.  There was NO way that I would be able to get my test results back in time for my flight Sunday night. Forget the pricing, get tested at a drive-up location or a reputable site. Waste of money, customer service is unresponsive and will not refund if you complain or email. I’ve emailed 3 times- NO RESPONSE. I used their chat service and spoke to a “representative” named Hana. I let her know I hadn’t received my test yet and had to find a different option and needed a refund. I provided my cell number and email and heard NOTHING back after she had said they would reach out ASAP. I’m sorry this is a rant but I am furious that BA and BBC endorsed them and I put trust into this scam.

My partner and I both had the app fail on us. We both got clear negative tests but the app emailed us that the result was inconclusive and demanded that we buy another test. DO NOT USE EUROFINS they are awful.

This app is by far one of the WORST apps I’ve ever had to use. The app constantly has issues when it’s needed for work and the support team always blames everything but THEIR APP! Connection issues, features in the app not working and CONSTANT crashes / bugs. This app needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from the ground up with a user friendly interface and an offline mode since the issue is ALWAYS poor internet connection according to support. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. -1 out of 5 stars. Very ghetto, would not recommend
