We stopped asking for the standard streaming features every other app has years ago. I contacted the “client support team “ who hist blamed me for the issue - they said I have logged in , in multiplier devices - wrong I only logged in on one device ! They said they checked it their end , and all is fine - this is incorrect You have so many compliant on the same issue .. I don’t understand what are they charging for .. if the app doesn't work - they need to fix it ### 1/5 — Casting (chrome cast) has a ton of issues, even in the countries where casting is allowed. *2021-12-19, version 2.18.0* I’m in a country where chrome cast is not blocked by the EuroLeague permissions’ system. Still, after ten minutes of casting, the app will block the casting functionality (probably some backend system check that has a bug), and I will have to reset everything to start casting again (only to reach at the same situation ten minutes later). The issue happens everywhere, with any device that I’ve tried, so it’s not a matter of OS and device; it’s a backend/app issue. Impossible to enjoy the games. EuroLeague, as a company, has been notorious with their costumer service (rude and irrational from my experience) and has been plagued with technical issues for their subscription-based streaming services: clients should think twice before paying for any type of subscription with Euroleague. ### 1/5 — Service always down *2021-11-05, version 2.16.0* Shame on you, this is very poor service. App always down, logs you off in the middle of the game or just stops and doesn’t allow to log back in.
