Only for Central and Eastern Europe?

I can’t rate how well it works because none if the cities I searched, like Paris, London or Madrid, were available.
The app came up in Lithuanian by default although my phone is set in English. English and Lithuanian were the only languages available.
The cities available all seem to be in Central or Eastern Europe.
