Der Digitale Zimmerschlüssel ist perfekt, was noch schön wäre: eine digitale poolkarte & spa Karte wenn das Zimmer noch nicht verfügbar ist. Aber sonst tolle Ergänzung zum Aufenthalt! Die Rezension habe ich nun überarbeitet, da man das Entwicklerteam doch erreicht und zeitnah ein vermeintlicher Bug zum EP Express Radar gelöst wurde. In den Einstellungen zu Datenschutz & Sicherheit und unter Tracking auf Apps erlauben, Tracking anzufordern. Dann unter EP Hotels beim Start das Tracking erlauben und schon geht der EP Express Radar. Keine Ahnung welche Einstellung das blockiert, schon vieles versucht mit Cookies etc. Aber keine Anzeige. Anschließend beim Start der EP Hotels App das Tracking erlauben, dann funktioniert dieser. Bis bald, Dein Europa-Park Hotels App Team ### 5/5 — Nützlich&Funktioniert *2026-05-11* Wir haben die App bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt genutzt und waren insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Alles hat zuverlässig funktioniert, der Online-Check-in war unkompliziert und man hat viele wichtige Informationen direkt griffbereit. Dadurch wird der Aufenthalt einfach entspannter und angenehmer. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den digitalen Zimmerschlüssel. Lediglich das Teilen davon hat bei uns noch nicht richtig funktioniert. Das war aber überhaupt kein großes Thema, weil uns an der Rezeption sofort freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen wurde. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das mit einem kommenden Update sowieso behoben wird – vielleicht ist es inzwischen sogar schon erledigt. Ansonsten kann ich die App wirklich empfehlen. Sie ist übersichtlich, modern gemacht und bietet einen echten Mehrwert während des Aufenthalts. Für uns gehört sie mittlerweile einfach dazu. Auf dem iPad fehlt mir das Querformat. Alles Angebote in einer Übersicht ! Kann alles online reservieren ### 1/5 — Kein Login möglich *2025-08-07, version 1.9.325* Leider kann ich die App nicht wirklich nutzen da ich mich trotz wiederholten löschen und neu installieren nicht einloggen kann. Es kommt jedes Mal die Fehlermeldung das ich meine Login Daten überprüfen soll, trotz Passwort zurücksetzen etc. Dazu finde ich es unsinnig den Login zu erst nur über Nachname und Rseervierungsnummer anzubieten, wenn man doch bereits einen Account hat sollte ich mich doch direkt einloggen können anstatt so einen unnötigen Umweg gehen zu müssen das mir gesagt wird das ich bereits einen Account habe und mir dann erst der Login mit Passwort angeboten wird, welcher dann in top aber leider nicht funktioniert. ## Frequently asked questions about Europa ### What can I do with the Europa-Park Hotels app?
