Considering the new policy changes for the rescheduling, this should be still available for appointment rescheduling that are more than 24hrs remained. Per other reviewers - we utilized this function consistently. Suddenly the last month or so the ability to reschedule is gone. I even remove the app and re-downloaded it and it’s still doing the same thing and this is not the first time this has happened. Also, I’ve noticed an uptick in ingrown hairs. Prior to booking with EWC, I’ve never had such an issue with ingrowns. I’m assuming it’s either cheap wax or the specialist is not following waxing procedures. ### 3/5 — It’s good, but… *2026-06-16, version 5.17.0* The app is pretty basic, and mostly gets the job done. However, it is still lacking the ability to reschedule or cancel an appointment, which is frustrating. You can’t go all in on how this app is a game changer, and that it will help with scheduling, but then I still have to call to rebook, etc. please look into adding this feature. ### 2/5 — Loss of rescheduling… *2026-06-15, version 5.17.0* I thought it must be a glitch but then I came to the App Store to check if there was an update and several reviews mentioning the loss of rescheduling.
