App crashes immiediatelt and always when adding room for a comet blue device detected via bluetooth. Dont know if anyone else has this issue

Leider stürzt die App seit neuestem Update andauernd ab. Thermostate können nicht hinzugefügt werden, geschweige denn Räume. Auch eine neu Installation und Update brachten bislang keine Hilfe. Die Bedienung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und teilweise fummelig. Bevor sie ständig abstürzte hat sie aber grundsätzlich das getan, was sie sollte.

Die Thermy blue Thermostate werden sehr schlecht erkannt, die Konfiguration ist eine Geduldprobe. Offensichtlich ist Bluetooth fehlerhaft implementiert aber Eutronics kümmert es über Jahre hin nicht.

Einmal vergebene Namen für einzelne Thermostate gelten nur auf dem jeweiligen Tablet/Handy, nicht einmal die aktuelle Themperatur wird in der App nicht angezeigt.

Werde Produkte von Euronics in Zukunft meiden, da deren Software schlampig programmiert und praktisch nicht gepflegt wird.

Ich habe an der App nichts auszusetzen. 
Die Thermostate werden sauber erkannt und die gemachten Einstellungen nahezu 1:1 zeitlich übernommen. 
Besonders schätze ich die Urlaubseinstellung, da ich wochentags öfter durchgängig auf Achse bin. Die Vorprogrammierung arbeitet sehr zuverlässig, so das bei meiner Heimkehr die Wohnung warm ist, ohne die Tage davor sinnlos Wärme zu verschwenden.

in den letzten paar Wochen geht die Heizung mitten in der Nacht an und stellt sich auf 28 grad. Ich habe die Heizung per App und per Schalter ausgestellt, keine Reaktion. Es macht keinen Unterschied ob ich eine Urlaubszeit einstelle oder manuell bzw. automatisch einstelle. Es ist eine Katastrophe, ich werde es später abmontieren und es landet direkt im Müll!
