The cross-border region between Greece and the Republic of North Macedonia boasts centuries of history and a valuable cultural heritage with still untapped potentials in terms of tourist development and in relation to the employment opportunities in this sector.

The Interreg IPA CBC Programme ”Greece –Republic of North Macedonia 2014-2020” is a cross-border cooperation Programme co-financed by the European Union under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II).
