I was on coach 13. The entire trip was tiring due to children walking up and down, bumping into passengers, singing out loud, and shouting at each other. This was clearly a school trip. However, there should be consideration to all passengers, as everyone has paid to travel. ### 5/5 — Excellent *2026-08-19, version 15.0.1272* The Eurostar app has improved a lot over the years. I particularly appreciate you can now book tickets from London to a particular Belgian station. Cross-service tickets are something European rail services have been struggling with and airlines do better. Aber die Erfahrung mit dem Eurostar war einfach so Grotte, dass es mal gesagt werden muss. Zugausfall, Kommunikation unterirdisch, konnte mit viel Warten und Glück den Zug mehrere Stunden später bekommen. Statt 4 Stunden Reisezeit 11 Stunden. Speisewagen: Gibts nicht wegen Personalmangel. Das Highlight: Sowohl die Webseite als auch die App sind so Benutzer unfreundlich gestaltet, dass man es nicht hinbekommt, eine Erstattung wegen der Verspätung zu beantragen. Denn selbstverständlich hatte der Folgezug auch noch ordentlich Verspätung. Lieber mit dem Fahrrad nach Paris als mit Eurostar.
