The customer care team did not respond to my inquiries multiple times, and I had to call them to unlock the car. On one occasion, it took them over an hour to assist me! Additionally, there was a time when I couldn't access the car despite having an ongoing rental because it was parked in another apartment building. Although a representative from the app told me it was okay to rent that car, the building manager refused to let me take it. A quick run to store using your service is easily 50 when Uber can do it cheaper and I don’t have to drive. I get you guys need to make money but it seems a little predatory seeing that the app freezes and you can’t park in any underground structures to be charging a premium that high. ### 1/5 — Good service but one of the worst apps I’ve ever used *2022-10-03, version 2.6* I have used this app for a few months now and literally every single time the app just gets stuck in the middle of unlocking or submitting the photos. I use the car a lot to drive friends and family to the airport, so it’s UNACCEPTABLE that when I need to unlock it the app gets stuck. I even deleted the app and logged in again to reset it, still doesn’t work. New install I say, how is it that it’s so buggy that it can’t even unlock a car?? I’m techy so I know what I’m doing, we tried even tried different phones and it’s just the same. Abosulutely disappointed, my girlfriend now have to take Uber after 30 mins of frustration and such a waste of time. Don’t use this until they fix the app. ### 2/5 — Great service, bad app *2022-07-12, version 2.4* This service is great and super convenient. However, this app is extremely glitchy which is a problem when the app is needed to turn on the car, start and stop rides, etc. It’s disappointing because I like using the service but the issues with the app makes it unreliable and way less valuable. ### 1/5 — My app never opens it. I have not been able to use the program. *2026-06-26, version 3.4* I see it is unnecessary for the app to take a picture of your drivers license and current photograph. There is no tech-support to fix any errors. Also, there is no contact information. At a hotel in Seattle that uses this app to book a shared car. However one cannot sign up successfully if your address is not exactly how Google look up features said it is so it won’t match your credit cards. However I can’t get past the credit card information screen. It displays an error and the telephone number on the login screen is no longer in service. Seems like the service and app has been abandoned. Don’t bother.
