I put my card on file. They swiped $40 of it. And they don’t show that transaction in my account or in my wallet. Scam.

Two out 3 times when using EV Structure I have to phone customer service to get them to signal their charging station. EVs are a JOKE. The infrastructure is PATHETIC

Who codes this App? It’s useless and nonsensical. Almost nothing works. Its not possible to monitor thr charging session. Wouldn’t that be Task #1?

The double menu bars and pop-up windows obscure almost all of the map, making map exploration exceptionally difficult. I hope the design team will drastically reduce the amount of white space and size of pop-up windows so as to make the map more visible.

You ask me to “share more details,” and “revise my review.”

I gave you the details. Try reading them. If you can’t grasp them, then perhaps we are at the very nub of the problem.

Trying to charge my car in the same place as always, this time the app says server error so I cannot start the charge

**Developer response:** Hello Customer. Since the problem has been fixed, the application is fully functional again.
