It worked one time , surprisingly the first or second time I tried using it but it seems since then I can’t use it anymore. I thought the app was down for a while but it’s making little sense at this point, any advice? Il est quasi impossible de suivre son chauffeur ou encore de le contacter une fois la course acceptée. Trying to call support but they are not answering. Semble t’il que mon numéro de téléphone n’a pas le bon format. Pourtant je suis à Québec ### 1/5 — Pas encore au point *2022-10-03, version 0.9.98* L’application fait le service de livraisons. Bonne idée jusqu’ici. Par contre elle ne fait aucune distinction entre le livreur en voiture et celui à vélo. Donc 0 adaptation au trajet selon le cas mais surtout aucune réduction de la zone de livraison pour les vélos. Notre livreur à velo a fait 13 km pour nous amener notre commande pour ensuite devoir faire 13 autres km de retour. Cela a mis bien plus longtemps que prévu mais là n’est évidemment pas le problème. Svp pensez à vos livreurs et adaptez votre app. ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2022-08-14, version 0.9.96* I booked a taxi with Eva, the first one said est'd time of arrival 13 mins. 30 mins later another driver was assigned, saying 13mins to arrival. 20mins later there was still no taxi. I cancelled. And you can't see the location of your driver in the app. ### 1/5 — Not great *2022-07-18, version 0.9.93* YUL needs better options. For now just take a taxi. Uber didn’t find me a driver and so I downloaded Eva. So far I’m still waiting for my driver (who is 10 mins away) and the app doesn’t show you where they are or how far or give you many updates. I’ve also been charged $30 three times now by Eva so I will have to call them and get the duplicate charges reversed. No way to message driver or ask where they are. No gps location showing where they are.
