Your saved projects are safe, just update. ### 1.8 — 2026-07-25 More accurate material estimates. We rebuilt the core takeoff engine that calculates lumber and steel quantities for every project. Framing members now size correctly against the manufacturer span charts, decking and stair tread board counts are calculated and nested against real stock lengths to cut waste, and steel track/hardware line items reflect the actual connectors used on site. If you've seen quantities that looked off on a takeoff before, this release addresses that directly. Card payments, deposit collection, and email receipts are now possible, including a recoding manual payment, and card payment can also be made through the app. Under the hood. A number of sync and calculation edge cases were fixed to make sure your estimates stay in sync with your actual project data across saves and re-syncs. ### Version 1.7 — 2026-06-02 Pricing now syncs automatically from your Evalation Ops account. Every material line item — deck tiers, framing, railing, pergola, concrete, and RainEscape prices — is pulled from Ops and applied to the app before each estimate. Your iPad will never show a price that doesn't match Ops. Syncing happens silently in the background on launch and before each estimate. If you're offline, the app uses your last synced prices — nothing resets or defaults. You can also trigger a manual sync from Pricing settings. All pricing fields are now labeled "Managed in Evalation Ops" and are read-only in the app. ### Version 1.6 — 2026-05-28 Trex RainEscape® Support RainEscape under-deck drainage systems are now fully integrated into the estimate engine. Troughs, drains, butyl tape, and gutter runs appear in the Material Takeoff (overview, PDF, CSV, and text exports) and as a dedicated pricing card in the Estimate tab. Blueprint Sync Fix Edit Page customizations — repositioned callouts, moved dimension labels, hidden elements — now correctly appear in the PDF uploaded to Evalation Ops. The plans your customer sees in the proposal now match exactly what you see in the app. Pricing Accuracy Fix The project price displayed in Lab now matches the price written to Evalation Ops when you tap Sync. Previously, syncing could cause a price jump due to margin being applied twice. What your customer agrees to is now what gets recorded. New App Icon Fresh look.
