## What is Evals Evolved?

EvalsEvolved is a performance tracking and evaluation preparation tool designed to help service members document their work, accomplishments, and responsibilities throughout the year.

Instead of trying to remember everything at evaluation time, users can quickly log daily tasks, ongoing duties, training, projects, and significant events in one place. The system helps organize entries into structured records that can be reviewed, summarized, and used to support performance evaluations.
