High interest and treated as though I am a bad risk even though I have never missed a payment. **Developer response:** Hello there, thanks for your review and feedback. I am sorry to read that you're dissatisfied with the interest rates on your account. We do advise that all rates are subject to status, but I can assure you that we do regularly review the account to see if there are any APR decreases available. All the best, Becki ### 1/5 — Useless customer service *2022-11-16* Useless customer service can’t get through on phone, it cuts out and then says 45min wait. NEVER USE THEM EVER Finally got through and spoke to a helpful lady, closed account will never have another, Phone system was not just busy it kept cutting off when trying to make payments, needs sorting out!!! Take care - Shaunie ### 2/5 — Terrible! *2022-10-04* No set day for statements to arrive, and just had about 4 months where the payment methods were removed and couldn’t be stored so you couldn’t make payments on the go. Now I can’t even access any statements on the app! The app is terrible and has issues most of the time! **Developer response:** Hi there, thanks for the review. There is a set date on when your statements are produced, however, the dates can vary if it falls on a weekend/ bank holiday. If you send us message over the app, we'll be able to check the dates for you and look into your query about accessing your statements further - Nicole ### 2/5 — Card not working *2022-02-17* The app is ok but can’t buy anything on the card as they want you to use other payment So the card is a waste of time ### 2/5 — Passcode? *2018-09-14* The app in fine once you’re in but I thought the point of making it easy to get into the site was that you could bypass passcodes and passwords.
