Les he escrito 4 tickets para explicarles que hay unos cargadores que sí que funcionan, pero como en la app aparecen como que necesitan “Asistencia”, no aparece la opción para iniciar carga y por lo tanto, no puedes cargar con la app. Y han cerrado las 3 veces el ticket (seguramente ahora volveré a recibir que han cerrado el 4º) diciendo que el cargador sí que funciona. Cosa que ya les he dicho que el cargador funciona, el problema está en la App. Y te cierran el caso sin esperar respuesta ni nada y ya no puedes responder. Tienes que abrir un Ticket nuevo. Luego te quejas de la incompetencia y encima se molestan. Es bastante vergonzoso el servicio.

Afegir fricció i permetre a EVcharge jugar amb els diners del moneder dels usuaris. Patètic. A sobre compten amb el suport de l’Administració Pública catalana, per llogar-hi cadires tito.

Compré un llavero rfid, para ver si así podía cargar. Muchas veces en la app aparece como fuera de servicio y un situ está operativo, pero como en la app aparece fuera de servicio no puedes cargar. Pensé que con el llavero se solucionaría, pero es imposible vincularlo con la app, 20€ tirados a la basura…
